Miniature toy collectors around the world better start saving money as this 400sq meter model is for sale at a precious 3 million dollars!
Minature toy model maker Efim Deshalyt ordered this model of Moscow to be made in 1976 and it is one of the biggest models in the world and it is part of an exhibition that opened in 1977. Wow it only took a year to build! And they said a city couldn’t be built in a day!
The exhibition of the miniature toy is in Russia, but it looks like the Russians are going to sell it due to low numbers of visitors and the high running costs. It uses too much electricity apparently! The lights go on and off according to the time of day!

If they want to sell it maybe they should put a little for sale sign at the front of each building and get a small real estate agent to sell this incredible miniature toy.
